Proponents of a new ballot measure in California say their plan will allow people to tack back control of their personal information. The California Consumer Privacy Act targets tech companies in a state where many of them are based. Alastair Mactaggart, chief proponent of the California Consumer Privacy Act, joins CBSN to discuss the proposed measure.
